What Is the ERLT-300 Battery Load Tester?
The ERLT-300 is a professional e-rickshaw battery load tester built for Indian workshop conditions. It applies a real 300A resistive load for 10 seconds to each 12V block in a 48V e-rickshaw pack (100–200 Ah), revealing voltage sag that resting voltage alone cannot reliably show — so a weak block can be identified before it strands the vehicle. Also works as a car battery tester and inverter UPS tester.

How to Test an E-Rickshaw Battery with the ERLT-300
Fully Charge the 12V Battery First
Ideally test a fully charged battery — typically 12.6–12.8V at rest. A half-charged battery gives a false low reading, so charge it further first.
